ANSWERS TO YOUR
Frequently Asked Questions
Is CBD (Cannabidiol) Legal?
As long as the CBD or cannabidiol, both comes from an industrial quality hemp plant, not a marijuana plant, and if that plant has less than 0.03% THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), it is legal at the federal level to both sell and use.
Although hemp is federally legal, we recommend that you check with your state before making a purchase. It’s recommended because all states have their own laws about CBD (cannabidiol).
Will Cannabis Stuff Get Me High?
More traditionally, cannabis is known for its psychoactive properties. Our products aren’t made from marijuana, generally used for it’s high THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) count. Our products are made from hemp containing less than 0.03% THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), the part of the plant responsible for its psychoactive properties.
What is the Difference Between Full Spectrum & Isolate?
The hemp plant has several different healing properties. One of the most well known of the healing properties is CBD (cannabidiol). Arguably, the most widely known is THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), known for its psychoactive properties.
Full Spectrum is, what you would use if you want the full effect of ALL the healing properties of the plant, not just CBD (cannabidiol).
A reason that someone might choose a CBD isolate over Full Spectrum would be because they undergo drug testing for THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), another healing property in the plant. its psychoactive component. Or someone might not know about the other healing properties or may want to use the benefits of CBD (cannabidiol) only.
Can I Find Full Spectrum Hemp in my Local Dispensary?
Most dispensaries carry medical and recreational marijuana products containing both THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) and CBD (cannabidiol). They are forced through the local liquor licensing to sell products that contain a certain level of THC (tetrahydrocannabinol). Here it’s required to have 0.03% THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) or more.
Because of local regulations and laws, dispensary products are not likely to include any of the other healing properties.
Will I be able to pass a drug test?
It’s not recommended to use a full spectrum product if you’re required to take drug tests. Although our full spectrum has only trace amounts of THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), it wouldn’t be honest to guarantee a clean test.
It would be better suited to recommend an isolated CBD (cannabidiol) product (like our ISO Filtered Hemp Oil) to ensure that there will be zero THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) in any products you use giving you peace of mind.
